A Blend of Rich Expertise and Modern Technologies
ANCOR is constantly collecting and analyzing data on the availability of workforce or different skills, compensation and benefits as compared to that of demand and proposition as well as production peaks, geographical growth, the opening of new enterprises and branches. ANCOR’s business intelligence software can promptly craft dashboards for each respective service/project to get the right analytics to base its talent acquisition strategy on. Business intelligence tools make it easier for ANCOR to craft effective solutions to drive more value to clients. The company then follows “alarms” on-line to be able to adjust the ongoing RPO process. The same applies to industrial and other outsourcing projects, where the company compares production peaks and slow-downs at different sites to be able to shift personnel between the projects, as well as increase availability of personnel in different geographical locations to promote labour mobility.
“What sets us apart from the competition is the ability to implement different modern technologies, including complex hi-tech tools,” says Salikov. ANCOR uses interactive dashboard for RPO services for its customers to follow the process and continuously stay up to date with the progress; an online tool to measure hiring managers’ satisfaction on one hand and candidates’ satisfaction on the other. This helps in making timely adjustments and effectively tunes the whole process. “Having a vast portfolio of services and ability to combine them into a unique tailor-made value proposition allows us to build strong relations with our customers and become a reliable partner for them,” he adds.
With the help of ANCOR Corporate University, the company is able to build and train strong RPO project teams, managed by talent acquisition leaders, having vast experience both in in-house HR and agencies.

Over the years, we have collected a massive amount of data which we constantly analyze to be able to produce data-driven decisions in order to be fast and effective in talent attraction
One of ANCOR’s most interesting achievements was that of working on a number of projects related to FIFA Confederation Cup 2017 and FIFA World Cup 2018 which took place in the Russian Federation. The company helped the Football World Cup Local Organizing Committee form a dedicated project team consisting of over 40 people who conducted over 21,000 job interviews to select over 300 candidates as the support staff and over 700 temporary employees in 21 cities of the championship. ANCOR provided staff for checkpoint systems, issuing id’s for all 64 games in 11 cities, involving 1,400 people who worked 65,000 hours in total. “The biggest challenge in selection was the lack of specific competencies in the field of large-scale sporting events and knowledge of English among candidates. ANCOR successfully coped with the task and our work was estimated at the highest level,” says Salikov. The uniqueness of this project that testified ANCOR’s professional capability as a staffing provider laid in the fact that it was an event of national importance to be admired by millions of football fans and billions of viewers.
Thirty Years and Strong
Commencing its journey as a professional search and selection company in 1990, ANCOR has grown to be one of the largest companies for RPO with a large number of customer success stories. In 2004, ANCOR was reformed into a holding and started regional and product expansion. Within a short period of time, the company opened a sufficient number of offices in Russia and the neighbouring countries, such as Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Together with wide geographical coverage, diverse product portfolio, and new technologies, the company steadily remains ahead of the market. Due to the fact that ANCOR has been on the market for over three decades, the company has accumulated and developed profound expertise in recruitment processes. This knowledge is widely shared and cultivated within the organization through its system of professional and corporate education, as well as company values. Being an experienced provider in the region, ANCOR offers a full scope of services in recruitment and staffing, outsourcing and HR consulting. Keeping a focus on the market, ANCOR’s experts have an in-depth understanding of clients’ business specifics, general trends, and challenges. By constantly monitoring the market needs and what competitors offer, the company aims to be proactive in its service delivery. “We are most keen to find and deliver complex solutions to our clients crafted specifically for their particular needs,” says Salikov.
Besides expanding into key RPO markets of South-East and Central Asia, ANCOR will continue developing its services outsourcing in general and RPO in particular. “The future of the staffing industry will be influenced by RPO, business processes outsourcing, and mass recruitment, where digitalization and automation will play key roles. Finding the right combination of human and algorithms is the key to success and ANCOR is sailing there at full speed,” says Salikov.
